Old Ipswich Light

Built in 1838, the Ipswich Lighthouse watched over the once busy Ipswich Harbor from Crane Beach.
In 1938, the U.S. Government decided the light was no longer needed in Ipswich,
and so it was moved by barge to Edgartown, Massachusetts, where it still stands today.
