The Ipswich Family YMCA is a tribute to the generous spirit of an entire community. In 1998, the Veterans of Foreign Wars donated its land and building as the site for a YMCA. In less than 12 months, more than 1,000 local donors raised over $3 million to build a new Y. The building, designed by Olson Lewis & Dioli Architects, opened in 1999.
A portion of the profits from the sale of this piece will be doanted to the Ipswich Family YMCA.
