From Downtown Boston

• Take the Tobin Bridge to Route 1 North.
• Follow Route 1 North past Topsfield Fair Grounds on right.
• At the second set of lights after the Fairgrounds, (Turnpike Services Gas Station will be on the left and a closed gas station on the right) take a right onto Ipswich Road (in Topsfield) which turns into Topsfield Road (in Ipswich).
• Follow for about six (6) miles to the center of Ipswich. The MBTA Commuter Rail Station and parking lot will be will be on your right. Ipswich Cooperative Bank will be on your left.
• Go past Saltonstall and Union Streets on your right.
• River's Edge is located on the left-hand side.
• Parking is on-street or behind 15 Market Street. The customer parking lot can be accessed from Market and Hammatt Streets. In addition, the EBSCO Publishing parking lot on Union Street is available for public use outside of normal business hours.
• Please be aware of on-street and municipal lot parking restrictions. In most cases, on-street parking is limited to 1 hour. Parking in the municipal lot is restricted - please read marked spaces carefully.

From Logan Airport

• Leaving the airport, take Route 1A North for several miles until you come to the intersection with Route 60 (Bell Circle--Revere).
• Branch left to Route 60 West.
• Continue several miles through one traffic circle to Route 1 North traveling approximately 14 miles to Topsfield Exit.
• Follow Route 1 North past Topsfield Fair Grounds on right.

• Route 95 South to Exit 54 (Route 133 East, Rowley/Ipswich).
• At end of ramp, take left onto 133 East and follow to a set of lights at the junction of Routes 133 & 1 -- Agawam Diner will be on your right. Continue straight on Route 133 through Rowley.
• Follow approximately 5 miles to the center of Ipswich, taking a right onto Market Street. The Five Corner's Cafe & Deli will be on the right corner.
• River's Edge is located on the right-hand side.

• Follow 1A North through Beverly, Wenham, and Hamilton into downtown Ipswich. (approximately 9 miles total).
• Nearing Downtown Ipswich, the Hall-Haskell House/Visitor's Center will be on your right.
• Take your next left onto Market Street (The Choate Bridge Pub will be on the left corner).
• River's Edge will be on your right.
